We have had a large change in our Adoption Journey. First off our original sibling group have been adopted by a russian couple. Our papers had not been officially completed to certify us in the region of Vladivostok so when the russian couple came forward to adopt, they were given priority. We have been assured that this couldn't have happened if we were officially certified in the region.
We decided to certify in the Pskov region. We have seen videos of orphanges in this region which showed good practices of supporting child development. It is also alot closer to Moscow which means less traveling and less expenses. At this time we are on a fast track to certify in this region because we are aware of siblings under 3 available for adoption.
We have a date with fingerprinting in milwaukee for our visas on march 30th. Pray for us so we can be certified quickly and get our official referral.
The Siblings available that are in Pskov is a Girl age 2 1/2 yrs. and Boy 1 1/2 yrs. Both their birthdays are in September. Hoping to get offical offer and tons more info as soon as our certification in that region is complete.
